The project addresses the limitations of traditional email marketing platforms, which often struggle with complex databases, multiple lists, and advanced B2B segmentation needs. The system enables centralized management of contacts coming from different sources while maintaining data consistency and structure.

Advanced segmentation allows contacts to be filtered by professional role, company, industry, interaction history, event participation, and behavioral data such as opens and clicks. Campaigns are managed through automated workflows, including scheduled sends, reminders, follow-ups, and post-event communications.

A core pillar of the solution is full deliverability control. The system relies on dedicated sending infrastructure with active IP reputation management, bounce handling, intelligent rate limiting, and continuous performance monitoring. This ensures stable inbox placement even at scale.
